Manufacturing & quality

One factory, from steel coil to sealed export crate.

Forming, welding, machining, galvanizing, coating and packing all happen on our site. Nothing critical is sub-contracted, so quality and lead time stay under our control.

Seven stations, one traveller sheet per pole.

S1

Cutting & forming

Steel plate is guillotine-cut to a taper pattern, then folded on a 12 m press brake (octagonal) or rolled (conical). Every blank is traceable to its mill certificate.

S2

Longitudinal welding

The shaft seam is closed by automated submerged-arc welding for a consistent, full-penetration weld. Welders are certified to ISO 9606-1.

S3

Base plate & door

CNC-cut base plate is fitted and fillet-welded with gussets; the inspection door frame, earthing stud and cable entry are added.

S4

Weld inspection

Visual inspection on 100% of welds; magnetic-particle or ultrasonic testing on base-plate welds and on any batch the client specifies.

S5

Hot-dip galvanizing

Degrease, acid pickle, flux, then immersion in molten zinc at ~450 °C. Average coating 70–85 µm to ISO 1461, verified with an electronic gauge and logged per batch.

S6

Coating (optional)

Where specified: chromate-free passivation, epoxy primer and polyester powder top-coat in any RAL, for a duplex system on coastal or decorative projects.

S7

Final check & packing

Dimensional check against the drawing, straightness, thread and fit-up of accessories; then padded, nested and steel-strapped for sea freight with a photo record.

Quality control

What every shipment is checked against

  • Raw-material mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1) kept on file per pole batch
  • Welder qualifications and weld procedure specifications (WPS/PQR)
  • Galvanizing coating-thickness report for each batch
  • Dimensional and straightness inspection record against approved drawings
  • Third-party / SGS pre-shipment inspection welcomed and accommodated
